SMS messaging
If you opt in to SMS messaging at realestateaistudio.com/sms, you agree to receive transactional and operational SMS messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Our SMS service is operated through Twilio. Messages are sent from +1 (866) 413-7211. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
AI services
Our website and phone line use artificial intelligence to generate responses, including an AI assistant called Marc. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be relied on for legal, financial, or other professional advice. Where stakes are high, we recommend confirming with a human at [email protected].
Consulting and software services
Consulting engagements, software development work, and any other paid services are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement that supersedes these Terms with respect to the scope of that engagement.
Intellectual property
The website, including its content, design, and code, is owned by Real Estate AI Studio. You may share, link to, or quote our content with attribution. You may not republish full articles or downloadable resources without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and SMS service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate AI Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
