What happens after I reach out?
You get a reply from Kevin within one business day, Monday through Friday, Pacific time. If there is a fit, the next step is a 30 minute discovery call where we scope one workflow. No pitch deck, no junior consultant, no drip campaign.
What should I include in my message?
One paragraph about the workflow that costs you the most time or money: what happens today, who touches it, and what tools it runs through (CRM, PMS, document management). Specifics get you a specific answer.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation. We map your highest-leverage AI plays, and we tell you when AI is the wrong answer — which happens more often than the market admits.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes. Send yours with your message or ask for ours. Deal-level and portfolio-level confidentiality is normal in this business, and every engagement includes confidentiality terms in the Statement of Work.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Engagements run remotely by default, with on-site visits scheduled when discovery or training calls for it — including the One Day Intensive, which works either way.
We are not sure what we need yet. Should we still book?
Yes. Most clients arrive with a symptom ("collections drag," "leads go cold," "diligence takes weeks"), not a spec. Turning symptoms into a scoped, priced workflow is what the discovery call is for.
